Jamie recently completed his Master's in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University, specialising in skill acquisition. His dissertation, "High-Performance Basketball Coaches' Perceptions of Implementing the Constraints-Led Approach to Practice," explored coaches' experiences of adopting the CLA, including how they began using the approach, the benefits they experienced, and the challenges involved in implementation. Jamie also discusses how these findings can support coaches looking to apply the CLA within their own practice environments.
