What makes someone choose you when they have plenty of other coaches to choose from? In this episode, I'm exploring the role authority plays in selling, visibility, and standing out in a crowded industry. I share why the difference is often not the perfect words, strategy, or sales script, but something you build internally through the way you lead yourself and your business.
I use a recent coaching conversation about handling an objection to show what selling from authority can look like in practice. I explain why coaches can know exactly what to do on a sales call and still lose their confidence when they hear no, and what needs to develop as you move beyond your first few sales into bigger levels of business growth.
I also share how I built authority before I had made any money as a coach, why it has continued to matter at every level of my business, and what happens when you lose connection to your own value during harder seasons of growth. You'll hear why authority is central to standing out, selling with conviction, and becoming the coach people pay attention to and choose.
