I'm sharing one of my favorite (and honestly WILD) stories from my own self-image work as a singer-songwriter, when I was convinced nobody cared about a song I had written......only to discover that the evidence I desperately wanted was quite literally sitting somewhere I "hadn't seen it." That experience completely changed the way I think about internal validation, assumptions, and the evidence our current self-image allows us to notice.

I'll walk you through creating new internal dialogue, giving yourself the evidence within first, making your own Future Self visualization, practicing the identity of the person you want to become, and going full Nancy Drew mode to start collecting evidence for your new story. You don't have to wait for the outside world to give you permission to feel confident, talented, magnetic, successful, worthy, iconic, or like the person you've always wanted to be.
