Hello everyone, I'm going to be in London for the next two weeks at CrimeCon UK, so I prepared a three-part series for you to watch while I am away. THIS is the first installment.
On Saturday, March 28, 1998, a mother and daughter living on a farm with their family in Portageville, Missouri, were found dead in their home. This was a farm town of about 3,300 people where nobody locked their doors because out there, whoever came up your driveway was somebody you knew or somebody who needed help.In this episode, we go through the case from the beginning. Who Sherri and Megan were, what that town was like in 1998, everything investigators found, and why a case with this much evidence went nowhere for years. This is Part One.
