Steve Farrell is the co-founder and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity's Team, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Boulder, Colorado, dedicated to helping people around the world awaken to their deeper Self and the interconnectedness of all life. Before this work, Steve built two Inc. 500 technology companies in Silicon Valley, but walked away from a life of conventional success to pursue what he believes matters far more: a global movement toward conscious living and connection. Co-founded with Neale Donald Walsch, author of Conversations with God, Humanity's Team has grown into a community of hundreds of thousands of people across more than 150 countries. Steve is also the author of A New Universal Dream, the story of his five-decade journey from chasing the American dream to building something greater.
