Rosslyn McQueen was 30 years old, 22 weeks pregnant, and found dead on a kitchen chair in her rural Victoria home in April 1986. No police investigation was conducted at the scene. Her death was written off as natural causes.
Three months later, toxicology came back. She had died from a fatal dose of strychnine.
