-BioNTech (BNTX) shares drop. BioNTech SE and Roche Holding AG abandoned a trial of a personalized cancer vaccine, dashing hopes that had been raised by a rival drugmaker’s recent success in the same field. 

-Gap (GAP) shares gain the most intraday since May 2024, after the apparel retailer raised both its adjusted earnings per share and adjusted gross margin outlooks for the full year.
