Randall's path to Kosmogonia began in 1973, when an architectural magazine called Shelter introduced him to sacred geometry while documenting a geodesic dome he and his brother Rhoen built in rural Minnesota. What started as a study of how Greek, Egyptian, and Gothic builders solved the problem of optimal interaction with the environment became a fifty-year obsession, and a parallel career as a homeschool tutor in mathematics, geometry, and geology gave him direct insight into education outside what he calls the industrial indoctrination model. The course he is launching covers practical applications most people never connect to geometry: a dodecahedron's internal angles total 6,480 degrees, exactly one quarter of the roughly 26,000-year precessional cycle of the Earth's axis, a numerical correlation between spatial and temporal patterns that Randall argues was understood by ancient cultures and is foundational to his curriculum.
