Andrea's passion and life's work is to cultivate a sense of wonder, and to help others do the same.

She discusses how her need for wonder has grown out of her innate sensitivity, anxiety, fear, and past trauma, and how actively scanning for the good things in life can help her let go of anxiety and choose joy instead.

Andrea explains how life-changing it can be to simply scan the world for wonder instead of danger, as we are biologically wired to do. How asking yourself "How can I make this more fun and easy?" will transform even the dullest of tasks. She also talks about how being open to wonder can even make you a kinder person.
