Gaza Students' Visas Refused

The Minister for Justice has been put on notice of possible legal action because of his department's refusal to issue visas to refugee students from Gaza who have been awarded scholarships by Irish universities, for degree courses that are due to begin within weeks.

Pat's joined by one of the legal team involved at Belfast firm Phoenix Law, trainee solicitor Alannah Faulkner.
