An off-duty state trooper and an armed citizen are being credited with helping stop a deadly shooting outside a newly opened In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho. Authorities say their intervention forced the rifle-wielding suspect to retreat and may have prevented further casualties before the gunman died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
