You've released, focused, honored, sat with truth, grounded yourself, and wove it all together. Today, we simply pause and look back at the whole journey.
This week, we've moved through a full journey into Karma Yoga — the practice of right action. Day 7 is about reflection.
Today's Practice: Weekly Reflection
In today's 10-minute meditation, we'll gently review each day of this week's practice — release, focus, honor, truth, grounding, and integration — not to judge how well you did, but to notice what shifted. We'll close with a quiet moment to set an intention for how you'll carry "right action" forward, beyond this series.
This technique works because reflection consolidates learning — the brain strengthens new patterns not just through repetition, but through the act of reviewing and making meaning of an experience. Looking back on the week helps turn a series of individual practices into something more lasting: a genuine shift in how you approach action in daily life.
📜 Wisdom for Today
"Let go of the fruit of your labor, and find your peace simply in the doing."
— Bhagavad Gita, on the path of Karma Yoga
A week of practice was never about arriving somewhere perfect. It was about returning, daily, to the doing itself.
💛 Daily Message for Your Heart
Dear Friend,
You don't have to have mastered anything this week. You showed up — even imperfectly — and that is the whole practice.
Right action isn't a finish line. It's simply what you choose again tomorrow.
With love,
Mary
