In the UK in the 80s,90s, and early 2000s, boxing legend Frank Bruno was one of the most famous people in the country, hugely successful and a beloved national treasure, however as a sufferer of bipolar disorder, the tabloid press turned on him in the cruellest way and his career suffered. Rachel talks to Tolly and Audrey about what it was like to have such a famous dad, and more importantly, how she coped with his extreme mental health issues.
She also talks about her own foray into boxing, what it was like to compete on Gladiators, and of course is on hand to help out with your dilemmas.
