“I started listening in 2022 and secured my first internal job transfer to a different department. Fast forward to now, we have always wanted to relocate out of state and decided 2026 was the year. I applied for a job back in April (it’s now the end of June) and didn’t expect to hear much as it was kind of a stretch goal, in a different state, and a different industry than I currently work. I'm proud to say that after a 2.5-month, lengthy, intense job interview process, I received an offer at the very top of the salary range and was able to negotiate my start date to fit the move and a small break.
