QUESTION #1: I'm healthy and fit, but I’ve had cellulite on the back of my legs for as long as I can remember. I’m headed on a beach holiday and I’m feeling self-conscious about it. I really want to enjoy my body in a bikini, but it makes me anxious. How would you navigate this?
QUESTION #2: My coworkers frequently make comments about what I’m eating or how my body looks. I’ve tried telling them it makes me uncomfortable but the comments and questions still continue. How would you approach this in a respectful but firm way?
