For a long time, I wore the chaos in my business like a badge of honour. I knew where everything was, I could solve every problem, and everyone relied on me. But what I eventually realised was that being needed for everything wasn't a strength–it was the very thing preventing my business from growing. In this episode, I share my own journey from overwhelming and reactive management to building systems that created more clarity, consistency, and freedom for both myself and my team.
I also open up about one of the most challenging periods in my business. When I introduced new systems, accountability, and transparent workflows, the resistance was immediate. Team members pushed back, several left, and for a moment I questioned whether I had made the right decision.
