Jenny Theolin, (Entrepreneur, Learning Leader, Experience Designer, Facilitator, Curator, and Author) joins us to explore one of the most original ideas in the world of organisational culture: a museum.

Jenny is the founder of the Museum of Organisational Culture (MoOC), the world's first museum dedicated to the artefacts, rituals, and inherited ways of working that shape how organisations function.

We talk about how the museum was "found, not built," the founding collection of twelve Swedish organisations, and Curatology, her own methodology for reading organisations the way a curator reads a collection.

We also dig into her book, The Museum You Carry, and what it means to ask not just what we should add to our organisations and cities, but what we're already carrying, and whether it's still worth carrying.

Beyond the work, Jenny opens up about her path, what energizes her, how she thinks about success and balance, and the people and ideas that have shaped her. We close with her reflections for students, for those working with cities and culture, and a message to her younger, or older, self.
