3 Daily Caring Tips- Give the Letter a Finishing Time: If health worries return, set a specific five-minute window (e.g., at 4:00 PM) to acknowledge them, then gently close that window to teach your mind it doesn't need to be on duty all day.
- Notice the Reassurance Loop: Recognize that googling symptoms or rereading results feeds the anxiety cycle. When you feel the urge to check, pause, breathe, and return to your affirmations instead.
