Jennifer Barner is the founder of Lighthouse Ventures and one of the original members of Rod Khleif's Warrior Group, joining in 2017. After launching her real estate journey through the Rich Dad program, she transitioned from single-family investing to multifamily syndication and has since built a portfolio of 1,168 units across five states, primarily through partnerships with fellow Warriors. Her success in real estate allowed her to put all four of her children through college debt-free while growing her family's net worth more than sixfold. Today, Jennifer is an active General Partner, investor, and coach, helping others achieve financial freedom through multifamily real estate.
