On my YouTube channel I shared that I was diagnosed with ADHD. That was true — but it wasn't the whole story.
In this episode I'm sharing the full picture: I have AuDHD — autism level one and ADHD together — and what that combination actually looks like in a business context. I'm talking about rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), how I experience both the scattered and the hyperfocused sides of my brain, the sensory challenges I've had to navigate, and the specific tools and resources that are genuinely helping me right now.
This episode is for you whether you have a diagnosis or not. A lot of what gets labeled as "bad at business" in boutique owners is actually an undiagnosed brain trying to work in the wrong system.
