Ep 268: When Ceara announced she was leaving, Allison needed to decide if she would continue Already Friends as a solo host or step away as well. After taking a two month break to sit with the choice, Allison decided she will also be stepping back from this podcast. It was a really hard decision as she poured her heart into the show every week for 5 years. The AFP community will always be dear to her heart. In this episode, Allison keeps things positive and fun by sharing what she’s been up to the last two months! She took a birth integration trip to Tulum and she visited family in Omaha. She’s enjoying being out of the early postpartum trenches and having more ability to do self-care, creative projects, workouts, and day trips around The Netherlands.

Before she closes the chapter for good, she wanted to softly say goodbye so she did this episode and will be doing two more.
