Top DOJ officials just wrapped a news conference following the arraignment of alleged shooter, 31-year-old Cole Tomas Allen. Allen is charged with the attempted assassination of President Trump in addition to firearms charges, including discharging a firearm during a crime of violence. More charges are coming his way, but acting Attorney General Todd Blanche couldn’t say whose bullet hit the secret service agent wearing his bulletproof vest, or exactly how Allen was brought to the ground before being arrested.
