I sat down with Brett Williams from DesignJoy and we talked about how he built a one man productized service business that grew into a massive cash-flow machine. He broke down how he launched with no audience, made around $10,000 on day one, kept his full-time job until the business was doing $80,000 a month, and eventually grew it to peaks of $200,000 a month with almost no overhead.
