I've been thinking of you and wondering how you're really doing. Life can be really hard sometimes, and if that's you right now, I just want you to know you're not alone.
Some of you know that I've recently started a new full-time job as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. It's meaningful work and it's been taking a lot of my time and energy, but even on the busiest days, I still find myself thinking about you, this community, and what you might be going through.
As I'm writing this, my cats are eating nearby and it feels like such an ordinary, quiet moment — and I'm hoping you're finding little safe moments like that too. If not, I'd love to help you create some. 💙
