Today is about recognizing that you are not a vessel to be filled, but a fountain that is already overflowing.
As you settle into your practice, feel the weight of your body supported by the earth. Let the breath move through you like a gentle tide, clearing away the dust of external expectations. We are practicing the art of Atma-Bodha, or self-knowledge, discovering that the peace, strength, and clarity you seek aren't destinations to reach—they are the very fabric of your being.
