Before this trip, I wasn’t okay.
My chest felt tight. I wasn’t sleeping. My shoulders were spasming. The bills were piling up And no matter how much I tried to “think positively”, nothing was shifting.
Then I realised something uncomfortable : You cannot build, attract or manifest from a body that feels unsafe.
After spending several days in Singapore, a city intentionally designed as a “City in Nature”, I experienced firsthand how environment impacts physiology. From tai chi in the Singapore Botanic Gardens to a sunrise sound meditation at Marina Bay Sands, to standing beneath the an indoor waterfall at Gardens by the Bay, my baseline shifted.
Regulation is SO important.
And if you want to create powerfully, you must first feel safe enough to expand.
