This week we’re joined by TV personality and author-to-be Lauren Goodger for an incredibly honest and emotional conversation about motherhood, grief and resilience.
Lauren opens up about her childhood growing up between her mum and dad, the impact that early experiences have had on her as an adult and what it was like navigating fame at such a young age after becoming a central part of The Only Way Is Essex.
Most importantly, Lauren shares the story of becoming a mum to her daughter Larose and the devastating loss of her second daughter, Lorena. She speaks candidly about the trauma of losing a baby, the loneliness that followed and how motherhood has helped her find the strength to keep going.
