In this episode, I share the story of my most recent retreat and one of the most intense and revealing journeys I’ve experienced. Through a conscious spiritual awakening led by a guided mushroom experience, I confronted parts of myself I hadn’t fully seen before, deep wounds around rejection, thoughts that affected my relationship with my body and with others.
I explore how our self-love is reflected in the way we relate with others, how it affects the way we treat ourselves, and how we lose sight of our identity and style. During this trip, I got a glimpse of what it’s like to return to my true self and embrace it. The journey was challenging, emotional, and uncomfortable but also deeply healing and clarifying.
I close the episode by reading affirmations and reflections I wrote during the retreat, capturing the integration of the experience and the insights that stayed with me afterward.
