- Norwegian Cruise (NCLH)shares plunge as much as 12%, the most intraday in nearly four months, after the cruise operator’s adjusted earnings per share forecast for the first quarter fell short of the average analyst estimate. The disappointing outlook comes as activist investor Elliott Investment Management built a stake of more than 10% in the cruise line, criticizing management decisions and spending.
- Venture Global (VG) shares rise 17% as the company benefits from a surge in gas prices after the latest conflict led Qatar to shut down production at the world’s largest liquefied natural gas export facility. Venture Global also forecast a 2026 Ebitda guidance that missed the average analyst estimate
