- JSN had a breakout season leading the NFL in receiving yards with 1793 yards
- Seahawks were consistent all year only losing week 1 to 49ers, week 5 shootout to Tampa, and week 11 at the Rams
- After the Rams lost in week 11, Seahawks went on a 7 game winning steak heading into the playoffs
- Seahawks take out two division rivals to make it to SB, destroying the Rams and having a 3rd close matchup in the championship against the Rams
