MICHELLE MAROS: "Dear Friend"

iHeartPodcasts
About this episode

"Dear Friend", a new book by mindfulness expert Michelle Maros, began as an unsent breakup letter and grew into a daily guide for grounding, resilience, and reflection.  It's a collection of 365 short, heartfelt daily notes that act as a gentle companion through life’s highs and lows.

I couldn't think of a better way to kick off Season 8 of "Love Someone with Delilah" than inviting Michelle aboard. With empathy and encouragement, she offers a grounded reminder that peace and strength begin within. Michells says the book is for the "quiet, hard moments when people feel lost or overwhelmed."  I think we can all relate. Listen in!
