Flexible and intelligent collections for...

Brendan le Grange
About this episode

Getting out of debt has never been harder, and, yes, a sluggish economy and the cost of recovering from a global pandemic play a big role in this, but lenders are not entirely blameless. For too long, it felt cheaper to deliver rigid and unpleasant collections processes, because 'it's not like the customer has a choice'.

But they do, they have the most important choice available: to pay or not to pay.

Collections is not just about 'how do we make the customer pay', it's about 'how do we let them pay' and so, yes, getting out of debt has never been harder, but in today's episode, Hannah Baynham explains how Haboo Money is fixing this with personalised, flexible and intelligent collections.

Haboo Money can be experienced at https://www.haboomoney.com/
