Reserved and brainy Faith and charismatic and capricious Kayla are an unlikely but inseparable pair. Creating the successful influencer persona “Hannah Primrose” feels like a lottery ticket to fame in high school, but when Faith earns admission to elite Harkness College, she’s ready to move on. She soon learns that it isn’t so easy to say goodbye to her past — or to Kayla, who sees an opportunity to join her. Grifting her way onto campus, Kayla brings her signature mix of magnetism and volatility right to Faith’s dorm room. As each strives to fit in — and to stand out — Kayla’s motives become murkier and Faith realizes too late that she’s lost control of the narrative.
