Thé ou café ? | La Pause Café Croissant ...

Bunt Podcast
About this episode

Let's talk about coffee breaks ! In today’s episode, I, Elo, talk about one of my favorite daily rituals: taking a break with a hot drink and a little sweet treat. For many people in France, it’s all about the “pause café,” but for me, it’s usually a “pause thé.” I’ll tell you about the kinds of tea I love, how I sometimes replace the classic croissant with other snacks, and why these little breaks are so important for energy, concentration, and morale.

We’ll also chat about how the coffee (or tea) break is different at work with colleagues versus at home when working remotely. And since autumn has just begun in France, it’s the perfect season to enjoy a warm drink and take a mindful pause in the day.

This episode is a cozy mix of French culture and everyday vocabulary, ideal for learners who want to practice while discovering how the French enjoy life’s little pleasures.
