This episode we speak with Laura Clayton McDonnell, President of Corporates, Thomson Reuters, from childhood dreams of becoming an astronaut to witnessing her immigrant parents fight housing discrimination through the courts, Laura's path led her to law school to advocate for the voiceless. While specializing in corporate securities law and helping women and people of color start businesses pro bono, her curiosity about how businesses actually operate sparked a transition from legal work into sales, marketing, and business development.
