HOUSE OF FREEDOM (formally ASCEND) is here.
The luxury mentorship for the woman ready to rise into wealth, power, and effortless expansion. This is where subconscious reprogramming meets strategy and your next level becomes your new normal. If you feel the pull to become more, this is your space.
In this episode, I share the story of one of my longest and biggest manifestations to date: going on The Skinny Confidential. This dream started back in 2017, when I first discovered the podcast during one of the hardest times of my life. Eight years later, it came true. I take you behind the scenes of the journey—what it really takes to hold a desire, embody the version of yourself who already has it, and align every area of your life with your vision.
This isn’t just about landing a podcast interview. It’s about understanding the deeper principles of manifestation, timing, and alignment—and how you can use these same tools to bring your own desires to life.
Topics Covered:
The eight-year journey of manifesting this dream opportunity
Why timing and alignment matter in manifestation
The “ingredient list” analogy and how it applies to your desires
Clearing hidden blocks vs. becoming a vibrational match
How reverse engineering your goals sets you up for success
The exact steps I took in my business and energy to embody the version of me that attracted this manifestation
Action-Oriented Episode Focus:
Identify your deepest desires and write them down.
Reverse engineer: What beliefs and “ingredients” must you embody to be a match for this?
Audit your life and business—what’s out of alignment with the version of you who already has it?
Intentionally plan and focus on one “domino goal” that will set everything else into motion.
Stay committed—your desires are destined for you.
