In this episode. I’ll be guiding you through a Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) practice. NSDR is a simple yet powerful way to calm your nervous system, regulate stress, and invite deep restoration.

Before we begin, I’ll share what NSDR is and why it’s such a supportive tool for trauma recovery and everyday overwhelm. Then, I’ll lead you through a 15 minute practice you can use anytime you need to reset, rest, or restore.
