About this episode
We’ve all heard it - “renew your mind.” It’s one of those phrases that sounds powerful on Sunday, but feels impossible on Monday when negative thoughts won’t quit. I know that cycle personally: waking up already discouraged, fighting fear before the day even starts, and wondering if I was broken because I couldn’t just “think positive.” What I had to learn is that renewing your mind isn’t about ignoring your thoughts or stuffing them down; it’s about inviting God into the process of noticing, naming, and replacing what isn’t true. That’s what we’re unpacking in this episode.

Rooting for you,
Jessica
