Jonathan Dowdall and his father Patrick were jailed for their roles in the torture of a man who had tried to buy a motorbike from their home. They insisted he was a fraudster who was trying to trick them out of money but offered no evidence in that regard.
Now, the victim at the centre of the waterboard case has pleaded guilty to a string of frauds and money laundering offences.
