BOB THE CANADIAN
About this episode

In this English lesson, you’ll learn the names and meanings of large tools and heavy shop equipment that you often see in garages, workshops, and on construction sites.

In this lesson you’ll learn words like: shop-vac, vise, anvil, chain hoist, workbench, chop saw, jack, jack stands, bench grinder, log splitter, leaf blower, wood chipper, table saw, and many more.

As we go through the lesson, I’ll give you clear and simple definitions so you know exactly what each tool is used for, and I’ll share example sentences so you can practice using these words in real life. This lesson is great if you want to expand your vocabulary and talk more confidently about heavy-duty tools and equipment in English.
