OceanGate submersible Titan catastrophically imploded during a descent to the Titanic wreck site in the North Atlantic, killing all five people aboard, including OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush. The vessel lost contact approximately 1 hour and 33 minutes into its dive, and debris was later found about 1,600 feet from the Titanic's bow.
