Jerry Gogosian and Friends
About this episode

Aloha from the oh so quiet Maui Airport, where host Hilde Lynn Helphenstein candidly recounts her transformative, creative, and mind opening journey in Maui.

Fresh from a yoga retreat with Nikki Doane, Hilde details her zen-filled adventure, complete with jungle-based yoga sessions, sporadic WiFi, and some unexpected drug experimentation.

Feeling super creative and excited for the upcoming year, Hilde feels really ready for the fall. Sharing a raw and heartfelt reflection on coping with heartbreak and personal loss, she finds herself rejuvenated and creatively inspired. Despite the occasional dip in patience at the airport, Hilde emerges with renewed energy to tackle her next challenge in Los Angeles.
