In 1974, the body of an unidentified woman was discovered in a remote area of the dunes in Provincetown, Massachusetts. Over the next fifty years, a legend grew as investigators worked tirelessly to identify her. In this first episode, we meet Meredith Lobur, the investigator most responsible for identifying the Lady of the Dunes, and we hear first hand about the challenges and false starts she encountered along the way.
