When you create habits for yourself, you want to make sure you’re setting yourself up for success. You can do so by breaking down large goals into smaller, more achievable ones. In fact, sometimes even the smallest changes lead to the biggest results.
Bigger goals can be intimidating, but setting and reaching smaller goals can give you a sense of accomplishment that propels you forward. Track your progress along the way, and tweak your goals from a micro-level as you learn from the process.
