Au micro de David, il revient sur son parcours d’investisseur : un premier achat à Paris dans un quartier délaissé, une négociation à -47 000 €, des prises de risque calculées, et une diversification rigoureuse à travers la colocation, l’immeuble de rapport, la location courte durée (LCD) et le patrimonial.
