Prosecutors in Miami-Dade have dropped a high-profile sexual battery charge against businessman Ohad Fisherman, who was accused of assisting the Alexander brothers in a 2016 rape. A drone video posted to Facebook—allegedly showing Fisherman miles away at the time of the attack—shook up the case just before trial. But with federal prosecutors withholding key metadata, questions remain. Law&Crime's Jesse Weber speaks with Fisherman’s attorney, Jeffrey Sloman, about the dropped charge, the alibi evidence, and the ongoing federal case against the Alexander brothers.
