Episode 44 Unlocking the secrets behind ...

Brad Young
About this episode

This episode is all about exploring how Seremolin—from its sublingual tabs to injectable forms—is revolutionizing the way we approach performance optimization. We’ll discuss its benefits for men and women, its role in unlocking flow states, and how you can use it to maximize your physical and mental capabilities.

I’ve recently decided to begin my own journey with Seremolin, focusing specifically on improving my sleep and unlocking a new level of peak performance. Sleep is such a critical component of recovery and overall wellness, and I’m excited to see how Seremolin can support that aspect of my fitness and lifestyle. Alongside better sleep, I’m aiming to use it to push myself further in both my physical and mental performance.

Throughout this process, I’ll be documenting everything—my baseline, the changes I notice, and the results over time. From how it impacts recovery after intense workouts to its effects on my sleep quality and energy levels, I’ll be sharing the highs and the lessons. If you’ve been curious about Seremolin or are considering tools to optimize your own performance, I’m inviting you to follow along. This will be a transparent deep-dive into how one decision can influence so many aspects of wellness and performance. I am working with a physician that has prescribed the treatment for me and I am taking 1000 microgram sublingual tablets before bedtime and night.
