The Reality of Grief and Managing Their ...

Victoria Devine
About this episode

Ever felt like life just keeps testing you… one heartbreak after another? This week’s Money Diary isn’t just about grief, it’s about the admin that comes with it (and no one warns you about). After losing both her parents, our diarist found herself deep in paperwork, probate, Centrelink forms, and co-executor chaos… all while pregnant and juggling two little ones at home. From the emotional mess of selling the family home to navigating bank accounts, and all the estate drama, this is the side of money we don’t often talk about, but so many of us will face. And through it all? She’s budgeting, investing for her kids, and still somehow holding it together. This episode is a reminder that sometimes, surviving is the win.
