Murder accused Sean McGovern has been back before the Irish courts to challenge the legality of his extradition from the United Arab Emirates.
McGovern, charged with the Kinahan feud murder of Noel Kirwan, remains in Portlaoise's high security prison on 23-hour lock up as he awaits his case to be heard.
