The Bavarian Podcast Works Team
About this episode

Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sané looks like he is headed to Galatasaray in a stunning move that not many would have predicted. After being linked to Arsenal FC, Tottenham Hotspur, and a few other clubs, it was assumed that the Germany international would either choose to sign a new contract with Bayern Munich for lesser wages than what he had been making...or wait until some club in England would make him a better offer.

From what we know, the proposals from the Premier League did not come in, Bayern Munich’s revised contract offer was still not suffice, and the winger had to start exploring his other options...like Galatasaray.

So, let’s talk about it how it happened, why it happened, how Sané will be remembered, and the historical impact he had at Bayern Munich in this special edition of Bavarian Podcast Works.
